Operational phase of the assets guide

This guide will discuss the processes and terminology associated with the Operational phase of assets in accordance with I.S. EN ISO 19650-3 2020. There are a large number of similarities with I.S. EN ISO 19650-2:2018, which is explained in Delivery phase of the assets guide.

The terminology for Asset and Facility management is explained in EN ISO 19650-3 clause 3.1

When looking at the life cycle of an asset in the O&M phase of any facility, certain events (predicted or not) that will require new or changed asset information are happening. These events are referred to as trigger events
